Shipping & delivery
Fulfillment and packaging of your order starts promptly on business days. Once your order is ready for shipping it will be handed over to our shipping provider form our warehouse in Sweden.
When placing the order, please make sure you enter the correct address, and if you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us at info@amoandoak.se.
Free shipping in Europe
Sweden
- Your order will be delivered via PostNord to your desired shipping location.
- Delivery time is 1-3 working days after placement of your order.
Rest of EU
- Your order will be delivered to the stated shipping address
- Delivery time is 2-5 working days after placement of your order.
Outside the EU
- We ship with DHL Express. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address entered when placing the order. Use the tracking number we provide in the shipping confirmation e-mail to track your order here
- For UK, Norway and Switzerland, you will pay VAT and customs at checkout.
- Delivery time is 2-7 working days after placement of your order.
Duty and taxes
EU : There is no import duty.
Non-EU: Import duty and sales taxes will be calculated and added on checkout.
Delivery time
Once you place your order, we will start the fulfillment of your order.
The beginning of this process and therefore delivery time depends on the day and time you place the order and your selected delivery location. Please see estimated delivery times per country and region.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if we identify a product or pricing error.
Tracking the delivery
You can track your order by using the tracking link in the email and/or SMS from the shipping partner via our Tracking Tool.
